Both Mr. Borah and Mr. Shaffer are certified as specialists in the area of workers' compensation by the State Bar of California. No recovery, no fee. * Social Security: We represent individuals who are seeking Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Income (SSDI/SSI) due to serious illness or injury. We have won benefits for periods as small as one year of disability, but have also handled claims for many clients who remained disabled until Social Security Retirement age. We can initiate your claim or appeal an adverse Social Security decision you have already received. No recovery, no fee.
