I have been practicing family law for over 30 years and am Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California. I am also certified as a mediator. Over the years I have found that most people don't want to spend their money, effort and energy in an adversarial process leading to court.
Most people want to resolve their issues in a fair, equitable and cost effective way. For over 10 years I have been working exclusively in non-adversarial problem solving using mediation and Collaborative Practice.
